Our Gases

Benefits of Maxx® welding gases

Improved productivity
through significant increases in manual weld speeds (min 17%) compared to conventional welding gas mixtures.
Fewer rejects
by using gases that are easy to use and tolerant to changes in weld parameter settings.
Better working environment
by using gases that produce lower ozone levels.
Optimal mode of supply
including a full range of cylinder sizes, packs and bulk tanks to suit every business.

Simplifying Welding Procedure Requirements

We have a complete range of documentation and technical support available to reduce the administrative workload. Our central repository can efficiently provide:

Fully approved Preliminary Welding Procedure Specifications (pWPS) and Preliminary Welding Procedure Qualification Records (pWPQR). These guiding documents, with reliable welding input parameters, can be used as a starting point for you to create your own procedures.

Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) for all gases and gas mixtures. External auditors require documented evidence that welding consumables are compliant to required standards. Our quick and easy tool provides Certificates detailing the specification of the products and traceability data (where applicable).
