Welcome to the Air Products Chertsey UK building located within the mature parkland of Hillswood Business Park.
Air Products moved to this fully refurbished building in April 2025 having previously had its local home approximately seven miles away in Hersham. The 78,000 sq. ft building set across three floors boasts a BREEAM rating of Excellent which sits comfortably with Air Products’ sustainability aspirations and goals.
Visitor Access and Parking
Your authorised Air Products host must pre-register you.
Taxi drop-off is to the front of the building at reception.
Visitor parking is located to the right at the front of the site.
In order to use the on-site EV charging facilities please ask your host for details ahead of your visit.
Upon arrival, check in at the visitor kiosk / the reception desk to receive your visitor badge from our reception team.
You host will meet you in the reception or visitor area.
Speciality coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks are available within the visitor area.
All visitors must remain within the reception and visitor area on the ground floor, access to Air Products workspaces and catering area is not permitted.
After you have been registered by your authorised Air Products host, you will receive an email with Wi-Fi instruction.

Speak with your Air Products host before your arrival to understand if any special PPE will be required during your visit.
No mobile phone use while driving on the site (includes hands free)
Wear your seat belt while driving.
Yield to pedestrians crossing the road and use extra caution when walking in the car parks especially during wet and/or icy conditions
Obey the maximum site speed limit of 10 mph and respect any temporary detours, maintenance or special event instructions that may alter the normal traffic flow.
Smoking and vaping is only permitted within the designated area. Please speak to your host for details if required.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency alert your host or the reception/security team.Please do not call 999.The reception/security team will summon First Aiders or call the emergency services
In the unlikely event of an evacuation, you should report with your host to the Emergency Assembly Area at the top of the main carpark as shown on this drawing.Please ensure that your host points out the nearest emergency exit at the start of your visit.
